Firstpass- a Unified Patient Experience & Engagement was created from extension of a simple queue management solution. Gone are the days where hospitals needed just Queue management to manage the patient flow. The Patient needs have changed and lifestyle too and being in competitive space it was imperative to create a platform which would gauge & measure patient experience. Thus, Firstpass was born.

📝 Project Overview

Firstpass eliminates wait times, progressively generating efficiencies across the health system, hospital, or practice. This project tackles the challenge of enhancing patient engagement and empowerment through a user-centric redesign of a healthcare app. Our goal is to bridge the gap between complex medical information and a smooth, intuitive user experience (UI).

🖍️ Problem Statement

Current healthcare apps often struggle to balance a user-friendly interface with the need for accurate and detailed medical information. This can lead to frustration and confusion for patients, hindering their ability to effectively manage their health.

Additionally, existing applications may not fully leverage the functionalities of modern devices, limiting the potential for a truly seamless and accessible user experience.
